Can I visit the studio?

Visiting the studio is by appointment only. Please, don't swing by.

What type of printing do you do?

All of the printing is spot color and pressure based on letterpress printing machines.

 

The general methods offered are letterpress ink printing, foil stamping, embossing, and die-cutting.

 

Though for the right projects, digital or offset printing can be combined with specialty printing.

What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround time can vary greatly depending on the project type and current production volume.

 

The scheduled time starts when your deposit AND proof have been approved. It does not start prior to that or without both, and does not include time in transit. Rush may not always be available. Plan ahead.

 

Custom packaging design and production needs adequate time. We recommend allocating 2-3 months prior to production just for design time, mock-ups, and revisions.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

The pricing offered for projects that are only being printed is wholesale pricing. This assumes the artwork provided is print-ready, and minimal work is required to produce it.

 

Additional design or consultation fees may apply if the project requires additional work to move into production.

What are the payment terms?

A 50% deposit of your total estimate is due to begin the project. The full balance is due when ready to ship. The total cost due will be reflected on the final invoice, including any shipping fees, added costs, adjustments, or applicable taxes.

 

Payments with check or ACH/wire transfer are accepted and preferred for larger projects. Credit cards are also accepted, though transactions fees may apply.
